Breaker V0

Every option, and the individual aspects of every option, can be toggled and scaled freely.

You can choose two:

Effort
With an exertion equivalent to six seconds of heavy activity, you can do anything you could accomplish within the space of an hour.
This does not deplete any of your ‘real’ resources, nor trigger cooldowns.
You will never retain any improvement you make in the space of this hour, losing any skill you developed, and will forget precisely what happened the moment the time ends.

Clock
Your cooldowns, for all abilities with a cooldown greater than six seconds, are reduced to six seconds.
Your timers, for anything ‘negative’ with a frequency greater than six years, are increased to six years.
This means you can use the biological ability to ejaculate as frequently as once every six seconds, and only need to eat one meal and inhale one lungful of air every six years.

Game
Costs 3 choices
Refunds 4 choices once succesfully picked.
Choose any CYOA, and play it with twice as many points and choices as normal.

Balance
All of your attributes, abilities, traits, powers, and so on are ten times ‘better’.
This allows you to improve ten times quickly, then multiplies the results of the improvement.
Each time you encounter a being with even one statistic superior to your own, this multiplier increases by another magnitude.

Rule
You can copy the attributes, traits, powers, knowledge, potential, bodies, and possessions of others by looking at them.
This is permanent, but can only function once per copied aspect.
Copied traits are stored in an impenetrable vault of infinite size, and can be freely swapped in and out of effect, even where this might cause contradiction.

Giga Drill
You can summon drills of arbitrary size, shape, composition, and velocity.
You may summon these drills to any location, at any frequency.

Moveset
With varying degrees of effort, you can develop new abilities to do almost anything you can imagine, falling slightly short of the other abilities on this list.
You cannot use an ability until it is completed, and cannot improve a completed ability.

Limit
Your abilities and attributes have no upper limit.
You can continue to train and improve them at full effectiveness indefinitely.
This also allows you to improve through training traits that normally cannot be improved at all.

    Wait, can I improve Moveset and abilites generated from Moveset with Limit? It is allows to improve things that normally cannot be improved? Though I guess it’s only work on traits, otherwise it would be the only combo that matters.

    Otherwise Balance and Moveset seems pretty strong. While abilities wrom Moveset cannot be improved, they should be able to get better with Balance. And if you go and meet as much people as you can without training you can get Balance to pretty big numbers. You probably doesn’t even need to train and even should try to train as little as possible to be able to trigger Balance upgrade again and again

      Oh, and if I will be able to get Gamer, then 4 refunded choices would be Clock, Balance, Moveset and Limit.
      Effort can be kinda mimicked with time based powers from Moveset (though I will use ‘resources’ I will probably be able to afford them with other powers and any cooldowns are 6 seconds anyway). Though it seems pretty strong with any powers tied to sacrifice – because I will not lose anything I need to sacrifice.
      Rule is cool, but anything I can copy from other people I can probably learn/improve with Balance/Moveset/Limit. And any change to appearance can be done with any form of shapeshifting (learned by Moveset).
      Giga Drill – again, can be kinda copied with Moveset. Even if I can’t summon them at any location and at any frequency I can probably learn to manipulate Spiral Energy and create some near me. Should be enough for me.
